Representing its two stockholders, the B&M Bridge Co. is governed by an eight member Board of Directors. Four officials of the Union Pacific Railroad serve on the Board of Directors, as do four representatives of the Mexican Federal Government.

The B&M Bridge is managed by an administrative staff of five professionals: The President & Chief Operating Officer, the Director of Finance, the Director of Operation, the Cashier and the Bookkeeper/Office Manager.

Rounding off the team is a dedicated group of 16 experienced and courteous toll collectors.
